Insurance

Most insurance is accepted and billed as a courtesy.

Patients are expected to pay any deductible and co-insurance at the time of service. We do not accept out of state or federal worker’s compensation, auto, or other third party insurance. Please be sure to bring your current insurance information.

We are a preferred provider for Blue Cross and Aetna. We are also a preferred provider for the wellness programs for the Alaska Electricians (at all three clinics), the Laborers WMC, and Pipefitters Unions at our Wasilla location.

We do not have any HMO agreements.
