Alaska Medical Clinics, LLC offers
a variety of employee health screening services that can be customized to
address the specific occupational hazards and corporate needs of our clients,
as well as the health concerns of individuals. Listed below are some of the

DOT Examinations 
Our staff follows the most current
regulatory guidelines of the Department of Transportation (DOT), and other
federal and local controls regarding preventivemeasurements and safety requirements.
Mandated exams we perform include, but are not limited to:
- Asbestos baseline and surveillance
exams
- Blood lead level monitoring
and surveillance exams
- DOT exams
- Respirator use medical clearance
- Hearing conservation evaluations
and medical monitoring
- Hazardous waste exams
- Substance abuse testing

Drugs and alcohol in the workplace

If you are looking for assistance with DOT or non-DOT drug and alcohol testing
compliance, Alaska Medical Clinics, LLC can assist with your needs.
Alaska Medical Clinics follows
the DOT guidelines for collecting, handling and/or testing specimens and reporting
results. All staff is certified in the training requirements mandated by the
DOT and are knowledgeable of the federal regulations to ensure program compliance
and integrity. All screening results that are non-negative are confirmed with
gas chromatography. A Medical Review Officer (MRO) reviews all test results.
Patient confidentiality is always maintained and assured.
Alaska Medical Clinics, LLC offers
a comprehensive drug and alcohol program package, which includes:
- Drug screen collections (both
DOT and non-DOT)
- Breath alcohol testing
- Computerized
random selection program
- Blind sample testing in accordance
with 49 CFR, Part 40.
- Substance
abuse professional (SAP) referral source

Various regulation entities require
each employer must adopt a company policy on their drug/alcohol program and

Alaska Medical Clinics and Wasilla
Medical Clinics offer several types of physical examinations to meet individuals'
and companies' needs. Examinations include Department of Transportation (DOT)
and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements, but
other assessments can be completed for companies that do not have specific
